In recent days, the chocolate industry has tried to lead us to think that it is good for us and if you are addicted to chocolate, you will want to believe it. It's good for you simply because it is made from a fruit tree that contains natural antioxidants that are beneficial to the heart. Chocolate is known for reducing the absorption of fat in the body. In addition to this, it is known for reducing bad cholesterol. If you love chocolate, you would like to believe this, wouldn't you? Many studies are founded by the popular industry.
